(0.3) All customers be aware that these terms & conditions are updated on a regular basis. Please print the version of T&C's available before buying as these will be asked for if returning an item or making a claim for whatever reason. Please check back for the latest version.

(1) Sale of items

(1.1) Custom PC & media center range

We take the utmost care & attantion with pride when building your custom pc or media center that every component is as described. Every precaution is taken ensuring proper seating and fixing of components. If an any component becomes unavailable you will be notified via email. All or custom pc’s will be build to order. Please allow 1-10 working days for delivery. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation as been received.  When returning please ensure item is returned with all original packaging, documentation, cables and accessories and is fully insured in transit. Due to distance selling regulations any item can be returned within 7 days of receipt. For all items returned without fault a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Shipping cost refund will be at our discretion. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please obtain this number via our report a fault page. Please note that www.fast-pc.co.uk fully checks all our custom built systems before dispatch and doesn’t dispatch to customer unless your pc & all components within are in full working order. We always endeviour to work with the customer to resolve any issues the best we can. All our PC’s are covered by our 2 year return to base warranty. Please see items faulty within warranty section of our terms and conditions for details

(1.2) PC & media center quotes

All our quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of reply. All quote prices are final. Any expired quotes will need to be re-calcualted. If an item quoted becomes unavailable you will be notified via email. All pc & media centers quoted will be build to order. Please allow 1-10 working days for delivery.  (1.3) Windows operating systems

No warranty is available on any operating system purchased. Returns can be made within 7 days if the seal is un-broken. All windows operating systems sold are full OEM versions. Supplied with full licence and activation code which will need to be registered by the customer. Any fault must be notified within 7 days from receipt.

 (1.4) Refurbished & graded products faulty within warranty

These items come with our 3 month (90 days) return to base limited warranty. Please check before buying what each individual warranty covers. Buyer to pay all return postage costs. When returning please ensure item is returned with all original packaging, documentation, cables and accessories and is fully insured in transit.

(1.5) Payments & delivery

Here at www.fast-pc.co.k we aim to dispatch all goods within 1-3 working days subject to availabilty. If product is out of stock or delivery time substainally different you will be notified via email. We will only deliver to the same address as the debit/credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any Paypal orders we see fit. No goods will be dispatched untill funds have cleared. Payments by cheque & crossed postal orders incure a 4 working day wait and payments by e-cheque/paypal direct debit can take upto 14 working days to clear. Buyers will be notified via email when payment clears and items are due to be dispatched. All products require a signiture on reciept by the customer only. Delivery times may vary. All prices on our website are exclusive and can differ to the prices in our ebay shop due to fees. Please do not ask us to price match. All items purached via paypal are automatically covered for £500 if buyer verified.  www.fast-pc.co.uk accepts no responsibilty for items damaged in transit. All shipping charges are inclusive of insurnace to the value of the item. Items that are visibly damaged on receipt from carrier please sign the delievery note accordingly. All items faulty therefter please complete RMA form on our website

 (1.6) Returns

If for any reason components, case or any products do not match the items described in the ebay/website article you may return the item for replacement or a  full refund. All shipping charges will be refunded at t our discretion. All returned items must be in original packaging and include all extras and original documentation. All items being return need an RMA number and wont be accepted without this. Please complete RMA form on our  report a fault page.

(1.7) Items faulty within warranty

All our products and items for sale come with return to base warranties. The buyer is expected to pay any shipping costs after the first 7 days of receipt. If any products or components during this time stop functioning as they should (not including errors from any software, operating system installed, overclocking, mis-use by customer, removal of parts, defacing, or opening of the case), then please visit our report a fault page  and fill out the RMA form. After which you will be asked by us to return the item  for repair or replacement. Your item will then be fully tested by our team and returned. Please note,  all PC components replaced under warranty after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer. Please allow 28 days for return. All parts replaced are then given a new 2 year warranty.

(1.71) Any products return without an RMA number will be rejected by our returns team and be sent back

(1.8) Sale of DS Flashcart DSTT, R4, Acekard, & WiiKey SD Adapter disclaimer

We do not manufacture any of the DS cards on this site or provide support services. Any images are for illustration purposes only. We do not endorse or support any illegal activity including information theft, piracy, illegal modifications or services against UK & EU Law. Acekard 2i & DSTTi are confirmed working as of 3rd April 2009 on launch day DSi consoles and the 1st firmware update v1.3. If a firmware update is released in future by Nintendo and is installed by the user that blocks these cards from working then we accept no liability or claims for refunds due to this. Please note: we sell original genuine DSTT, DSTTi & Acekard 2i products. We do our best to check each and every item, should u come across a fake item as reported on their respective websites we will agree to replace the cartridge. All our cartidges are marked for security purposes.

(1.81) New firmware's released by Nintendo for the DSi can render all flashcarts useless if updated. Please dont update your flashcart untill a work around is found. Fast-pc will update information on the site as when its received. Fast-pc accepts no responsibility for any flashcarts not working on DSi firmware updates as per the above paragraph. The firmware information is stated below:

DSi firmware 1.3e - works fine with all DSi flash carts we sell
DSi firmware 1.4e - works fine with all DSi flash carts we sell but some carts may need a small fix listed on the page
DSi firmware 1.5e - currently NOT working with any flashcarts. Do NOT update your DSi firmware above 1.4e

(1.9) Sale of repair parts, accessories and upgrades

We do not manufacture any of the items for sale on this website. All items are only intended for use specified by that items description. We accept no responsibility for any item been used differently to its intended specification.

 

(2) Disclaimer

(2.1) Our products are not licensed, approved or endorsed by Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft or any of their official partners.

(2.2) Trademarks and Pictures used are copyright by their respective owners.

(2.3) Pictures used are stock photos. Actual item you receive may differ very very slightly from the picture but will have the exact same function.

 

(3) All Repairs services

(3.1) Payment & Delivery

Once we have diagnosed your fault a final price for repair will be issued. This must be paid in full upfront or when invoiced before your item is returned to you. If we cannot repair your fault the full cost of repair will be refunded back to you (if paid upfront), Minus any incurred postage charges including return postage. We aim to fix faults stated in the listing within 72hrs, however this may vary during busy periods. We will only use a well known registered postal service with full tracking information to return your console unless agreed otherwise.  If there is any substantial dealy to the return time you will be notified via email, letter or phone.  Payments by cheque incure a 4 working day wait and payments by e-cheque/paypal direct debit can take upto 14 working days to clear. Buyers will be notified via email when payment clears.  Please keep all shipping receipts and invoices untill your item is returned.

(3.21) Failure to make payment

Failure to make payment of monies due upon completion of repair to the full amount notified may result in delays and possible legal action been taken. If an item isnt paid for in full or collected from our workshop within 90days of billing notice then we reserve the right to dispose or re-use the item in question as we see fit.

(3.2) Drop off & Collection

All drop off & collection times are to be pre-arranged at the time of booking. Times can be changed by letting us know in adavnce. Please dont turn up without an arrangement.

(3.3) Business hours

Bookings can be made via our website or email 24/7.

Opening times for contacting us are as follows:

Mon - Fri    8am - 6.30pm     Phone, email & text message  -  after 6pm email only

Sat            8am - 5.30pm     Phone, email & text message  -  after 5pm email only

Sun            10am - 4pm       Phone, email & text message  -  after 4pm email only

Drop off & collection times may vary as stated above. Arrangements can be made after the above mentioned hours at our discretion. 

(3.4) No Fix, No Fee!* Money back guarantee

If for any reason we cannot fix your fault no monies will be owed for the work done. Your payment will be refunded in full if paid beforehand. This guarantee excludes any postage charges that are incurred by the customer or fast-pc. The cost of posting the item back to you is required before the item is returned. Return postage costs are outlined below:

      (i)  Small packages such as Handheld phones, Nintendo DS's and PSP's = £6.50
      (ii) Larger items such as PS3, Xbox360 & Wii consoles, pc's, TV's & monitors = £16.00

(3.5) Items damaged in transit

Here at fast-pc we take the upmost care to ensure your items are packaged to a high standard and are received intact. Items sent via Royal Mail Signiture Post vary rarely get lost or damaged. However once the package as left our building its in the hands of the carrier and it is possible this could occur. We realise this and ask you to please contact us ASAP if this happens with your package. We will then endeavour to contact the carrier and claim from the insurance or offer any assistance possible. On occasions we may ask for photo evidence or that you return the damaged item back to us as evidence for insurance purposes. Any shipping charges incurred will be re-inbursed in full. With Large Items that are visibly damaged on receipt from carrier please sign the delievery note accordingly. All large items faulty thereafter require an RMA returns number. Please contact us for further advice. Any Large items returned without an RMA number may be rejected by our returns team and be sent back to the customer. We accept no responsibilty for items damaged in transit.

(3.5.1) iPhone damaged in transit

All iPhones should be sent to Fast-pc via insured well known carrier. Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery is preffered. Fast-pc is not responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst being sent to us. Fast-pc will only use Royal Mail Special Delivery with £500 insurance to return your iPhone.

(3.6) Touch screen repairs for original 1st generation DS, DS Lite & DSi console

Whilst every effort is made to replace and re-calibrate your DS console's touch screen, on occassions the fault could be something more than just the screen. Our price for this repair only covers the touch screen replacement for a brand new screen fitted, tested and calibrated before leaving our workshop. Any repeat faults that come after 1-2 week of use can indicate another potential problem with the console that doesnt relate to the replacement touch screen unit replacement. We will make no refund after inspection if this is found to be the case. However we will attempt to replace the touch screen at no extra cost once only, but as described above, this may not cure what could be a more serious internal CPU problem. All postage for repeat screen replacements in these circumstances are payable by the customer at a cost of £3.00 

(3.7) DS, DS Lite & DSi console repairs

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your console is fixed and working without fail, we may have to replace screens or cabling damaged in the repair process. If this happens we will replace any part damaged by ourselves at no extra charge to the customer to ensure your console paid for repair is the correct quoted price as per our website. We inspect all consoles fully before work is started. Any other defaults not mentioned in the intial contact by the customer will be noified if noticed. We will not be held responsible for any fault not notified by the customer if gone un-noticed before repair.

(3.8) Our repairs guarantee

All our repairs come with a 3 month (90 day) guarantee. Any faults must be arranged via our RMA returns page. Guarantee is subject to inspection. Turn around time could be upto 28days. Buyer to pay all return postage costs as stated in section (3.4) above

(3.9) Overseas shipping

Overseas shipping charge is £4.99. For overseas shipping we use Royal Mail International Signed For service with online tracking. Free delivery is only for UK postage.

 

(4) Callout service

(4.1) Callout fees

The price stated in the callout repair section of our website is the final price + callout fee.  The callout fee is 100% dependant on the time of day you call us out. Not the time we arrive. The callout fee is non-refundable and is charged before any work is done. Please book your callout service in advance to secure a suitable time and avoid disappointment during busy periods.

(4.2) Callout payment

Payment must be made in full upon repair completion. Failure to make payment will be reported to the authorities.



(5) Privacy policy

(5.1) Privacy

When making a purchase your details will be passed onto us. Please be assured that none of your details will be used for any other reasons other than to process your order with ourselves.

 

(6) Pre-orders

(6.1) Pre-orders

pre-orders work on a E.T.A. (estimated time of arrival). This is an approx. date. Times may vary. If a product becomes available before the ETA date it will be shipped on the day we receive it. You will receive an email upon disptach. If your pre-order is any more than 3 days late we will contact you with details. If these details arent suitable then an instant full refund will be given. No fuss.

 

(7) Wholesale/Trade

(7.1) Accounts

All trade accounts are opened at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel trade accounts at any time.

(7.2) Registration

The trade part of our website is open to any businesses customers or bulk buyers of the general public. Once registered your account will be updated to TRADE, meaning you will have the discounts automatically applied at checkout.


(7.3) DATA Protection

Your submitted registration details will never be passed on in any way or form.
