Instructions for posting your console to us
- Please use plenty of bubble wrap & a jiffy bag to package your item. A suitable box would be great
- Please dont send any extras with your device.
- Please send a note or print the packaging slip above and complete with the relevent information, such as: your name & return address, phone number, email address for invoicing and a small description of the fault. This will ensure fast turnaround.
- Please only use a trackable insured carrier. i.e Royal mail Recorded or Special Delivery
- As soon as we receive your console you will be notified via email with your retrun details
- Most repairs take between 30mins - 2hours and will be dispacthed sameday where possible
- All our prices include return delivery
How to pay
-We accept Payment via Paypal, Debit or Credit card, Cheque, postal order & cash on callouts
-A paypal invoice will be sent via email once contact as been made for repair & fault diagnosis.
- Please be aware that cheques take 4 working days to clear before your item is dispatched
-Please don't send cash through the post.
-The final cost of the repair will always be notified before any work is done.
