Instructions for posting your console to us
- Please use plenty of bubble wrap & a jiffy bag to package your item. A box would be great but its not essential.
- Please dont send any extras with your ipod.
- Please only use a trackable insured carrier. i.e Royal mail Recorded or Special delivery
- As soon as we receive your console you will be notified via email with your retrun details
- Most repairs take between 30mins - 2hours and will be dispacthed sameday where possible
- All our price include return royal mail special delivery with full insurance.
How to pay
-We currently only accept Paypal, Cheque, postal order & cash at drop off.
-A paypal invoice will be sent once contact as been made for repair & fault diagnosis.
-Please dont send cash through the post.
-The final cost of the repair will always be notified before any work is done.
